Re-Inspections:

A Re-inspection involve inspecting those defects/deficiencies you successfully negotiate to have repaired by the seller/builder. After an agreement has been reached, you may want to schedule a re-inspection of the alleged repairs. The re-inspection is very important, as sellers/builders sometimes merely apply a “band-aid” to the problem. If the repairs are not done correctly, you will be stuck with the cost of making the correct repairs after closing.
