New Home Inspections:

I would like to inspect your property-in-progress at three separate times during construction: Pre-backfill, Pre-drywall, and Final. It is not always possible to conduct all three inspections simply due to scheduling difficulties or your discovery for the need of an inspection. The more notice you can give of your needs, the better I am able to serve you. I suggest you become familiar with the three stages, check the progress of the construction yourself whenever possible, and let your builder know you plan to conduct all three staged inspections. Therefore, he or she can help keep you apprized of the construction progress.
