Having Confidence in Your Decision to Purchase or Not to Purchase:

At the end of your home inspection, your ASHI inspector will go over the inspection report in detail. This report review will also help reinforce what you observed and verbal information given you during the inspection. You will walk away with a full working knowledge of the current condition of the property, the defects and deficiencies that require immediate or future repairs. You will be armed with the knowledge of how the house systems operate, the known location of critical valves and shutoff, and most importantly, the knowledge and confidence to make an educated purchasing decision.
